WWN's support staff has intimate knowledge of the product's many features and is well qualified and trained to answer and research customer-specific questions.

We are currently building an online knowledge base of frequently asked questions, best practices, and typical deployment scenarios that customers will be able to browse for fast self-help and learning.

Standard Support Program

WWN currently offer "Standard Support" which include Software Maintenance and offer access to the WWN Support Knowledge Base, future releases, bug fixes, updates and upgrades for modules licensed. Standard support provides live phone support during normal business hrs

The WWN headquarters is located in Santa Clara, California, USA. The Americas Customer Support Centre is open Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time, except for designated holidays. This centre covers support for North America, Europe, and Africa regions

AsiaPac

The Asia Pacific headquarters for Whitewall Networks is centered in Bangalore, India. The Customer Support Centre is open Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm Indian Standard time, except for designated holidays. This centre covers support for India, Middle East and Asia PAC
